Acceptable Use Policy

Clipmefy provides AI-powered video creation tools. By using Clipmefy, you agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with this policy, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws.

You may use Clipmefy to:

• Create short-form video content for social media platforms
• Generate AI voiceovers and subtitles for your videos
• Source publicly available B-roll footage for editorial and commentary purposes
• Promote your business, brand, or creative projects
• Produce news commentary, educational content, and opinion pieces

You may not use Clipmefy to:

• Create misleading or false content. Do not generate videos that present fabricated events, false claims, or manipulated information as factual news.
• Produce deepfakes or impersonations. Do not create content that falsely portrays a real person saying or doing something they did not say or do.
• Harass or target individuals. Do not create content designed to harass, bully, or threaten any person.
• Infringe copyright. Do not use Clipmefy to reproduce or distribute copyrighted material in a way that exceeds fair use or that you are not licensed to use.
• Generate hate speech. Do not produce content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Violate platform terms. Do not use Clipmefy to create content that violates the terms of service of the platforms you post to (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Facilitate illegal activity. Do not use the service to promote, assist, or engage in any illegal activity.
• Attempt to circumvent safety measures. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or manipulate the AI systems underlying the service.

Content produced by Clipmefy is generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence, including AI-written scripts, AI voiceovers, and AI-sourced footage. Where required by law or platform policy, you are responsible for disclosing that your content was AI-generated when publishing it.

You are solely responsible for the content you create using Clipmefy and for how you publish and distribute that content. Clipmefy is a tool — we do not review, moderate, or endorse the videos you produce. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

If you become aware of content created using Clipmefy that violates this policy or applicable law, please report it to hello@clipmefy.com

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and, where warranted, to suspend or permanently terminate access to the service without prior notice. We may also report violations to relevant authorities where required by law.

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Clipmefy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice.
